This is a one day tour for cruise ship travelers arriving to Puerto Limon, Costa Rica.
Located in Valle de La Estrella, at the foothills of Talamanca Range, Puerto Limon, Costa Rica, Hitoy Cerere is a sanctuary for wilderness and an incredibly beautiful place to take pictures.
Biodiversity is high, many species are waiting to be discovered there, because much remains still unexplored scientifically speaking.
One side of this extremely nice river scenario is biological reserve, the other side is Cabecar territory known as Tayni.
1:45 hours driving time from Puerto Limon’s harbor, once there, you will hike for about one hour through very slippery rocks in the river until you get to the waterfall (the terrain conditions makes out of this a somehow strenuous hike) .
